DEPOSIT
A $100 per person and $25 per child deposit is required to secure your reservation
and all balance payments are due 30 days prior to departure.
If making reservations within 30 days of the departure date
of the trip full payment is required. Payment by cheque,
cash or Visa. Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive
trip confirmation and all pre-departure information. Please
mail your cheque to the address at the bottom of this page.
Once you have submitted your booking forms you will receive
email confirmation with your invoice. Credit card payments
can be made on the invoice you will receive. Your reservation
will be held for 10 days while we await the
deposit.
CANCELLATION Cancellations must be received in writing
30 days or more prior to departure - full refund less $100.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to departure - no
refund. For your convenience, you may change the date of
your trip without penalty until 14 days prior to departure.
Family Paddling Adventures reserves the right to cancel a trip 14 days prior to
departure if participation is less than 50% or weather conditions do not
permit the activity to run.
Accommodation on another trip with similar dates will
be offered.
